Terry is a pioneer of restorative justice. He is responsible for the creation of the Real Justice conference script. As a 30-year police veteran, Terry has been instrumental in bringing restorative practices to police agency complaint and discipline systems, in addition to schools, corrections and businesses. His work has been featured in several television documentaries, including the award-winning Facing the Demons and in several editions of Australian Story.
