Director
Terry is a pioneer of restorative justice. He is responsible for the creation of the Real Justice conference script. As a 30-year police veteran, Terry has been instrumental in bringing restorative practices to police agency complaint and discipline systems, in addition to schools, corrections and businesses. His work has been featured in several television documentaries, including the award-winning Facing the Demons and in several editions of Australian Story.

Real Justice Australia will hold a training entitled "Restorative Leadership — Integrating Restorative Practice, Teaching and Learning," on Thursday, 3rd December, in Gymnea, New South Wales. This training is designed for principals and leadership groups who are looking for practical ways to integrate restorative practice, teaching and learning. The training explores the linkages between restorative practice and the NSW Quality Teaching Framework.
