IIRP One-Day Conference: SaferSanerSchools — Whole-School Change
Through Restorative Practices The IIRP's SaferSanerSchools Program is
a cost effective way to achieve lasting whole-school change that builds
relationships between students, staff and parents, improves student
behavior, reduces violence and bullying and creates a sense of
community. The SaferSanerSchools Program (unlike piecemeal efforts
lacking an explicit focus), provides a clear, comprehensive two-year
implementation strategy that involves 100% staff participation from day
one. Since 1999, IIRP's SaferSanerSchools program has helped even some
of the most challenging schools transform their school climate and
culture, reduce behavior problems and improve the instructional
environment. |
