Information for Presenters

Those who have submitted proposals for the Call for Presenters will be notified by June 6.

Accepted presenters need to complete the Presenter Agreement Form here by June 20.

Accepted presenters are expected to register for the three-day conference by July 18, 2008, at the special reduced rate of $300 CND (regular rate $360 CND). Presenters are responsible for their own travel and lodging. Two presenters for each presentation can register for the conference at the reduced rate. Additional co-presenters must pay the full registration fee.

Presenters will receive a follow-up communication in August with additional details about the conference and the day and time of their breakout sessions.

If you have requested a digital projector for a PowerPoint presentation, please make sure to bring your own laptop computer with PowerPoint installed.
