Our four programs focus on restorative practices in different areas (click on program name to view its individual website):

RP in criminal justice — Working with police, probation and corrections to improve services for the three customers of the justice system: victims, offenders and the community.

RP in schools — Working with schools on a building-wide basis to improve school culture, decrease disruptive behavior and conflict and help students take responsibility for their behavior and academic performance.

RP in child and family welfare — Working with social workers, treatment providers and others to improve family engagement and help young people make positive changes in their behavior.

RP in workplaces — Working with managers and organizational leaders to improve organizational culture and morale.
